PLEASE NOTE

Unless otherwise specified, when the term gold or silver is used in the description of jewellery, this refers to the colour only, not to the actual metal. All handbags are originals and will not be reproduced.

Ordering Procedure

Buy your item through PayPal or to place an order, you may do so by e-mail or by;
Select the bag of your choice.
Include the name of this bag and its category.
e.g. Tina - Evening Glam
Email us

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal, direct debit, personal cheque or money order.
No G.S.T. is required on the sale of these goods.

Delivery

Your bag will be despatched through Australia Post Insured Mail within two days. For payment with personal cheque, we will despatch upon clearance.

Returns

Returns are accepted within seven days, if the handbag has not been used.

Our mail order policy

Under no circumstances will your mailing details be given to any person or business, and will be used solely by Sophisticated Kitch only for the specific purpose for which it was given.

Exhibitions

To provide you with the opportunity to view their handbags, Lynne and Julie hope to exhibit twice annually.
Exhibitions will be advertised on this site.
